Shipping Policy

1. Order dispatch
Orders placed and paid (or confirmed for Cash on Delivery) before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. Dispatch times may be longer for made-to-order services (3D printing, PCB fabrication) — the estimated turnaround for these is shown on the service page.
2. Carriers & serviceability
We ship pan-India through our logistics partner network, powered by Shiprocket, which routes each order to the fastest reliable courier for the destination PIN code. At checkout, enter your PIN code to see live serviceability and an estimated delivery window before you pay.
3. Delivery estimates
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote / rural PIN codes: 5–10 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier serviceability.
These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, regional logistics disruptions and courier capacity can affect timelines. You can track your shipment from your account order page once it is dispatched.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated from your delivery address and cart weight/volume using our configured WooCommerce shipping zones, and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment — there are no hidden shipping fees added afterwards. We periodically run free-shipping promotions above a minimum order value; any such threshold is shown on the cart page.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes, subject to an order-value limit and a possible COD handling fee shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery agent where possible.
6. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS, and the same tracking details are available on your order page at /order/[id]. If a shipment shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us so we can escalate with the carrier.
7. Delivery failures & return-to-origin (RTO)
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery cannot be completed (incorrect address, unreachable recipient, refused delivery), the shipment is returned to us (RTO). For prepaid orders we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund per the Refund Policy. For COD orders that are refused at the door, we reserve the right to restrict future COD eligibility for that account/address.
