Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Return window

Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email us your order number and reason for return — we'll confirm eligibility and share the return address / pickup arrangement.

2. Non-returnable items

Because electronic components and boards can be damaged in ways that aren't visible from the outside, the following are not eligible for return once delivered, except where covered by the DOA process below:

  • Items damaged by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, or short circuits.
  • Boards or modules that have been soldered, desoldered, or had ICs mounted/removed.
  • Cut LED strips, cut wire/cable lengths, and other made-to-length items.
  • Custom or made-to-order items (3D prints, custom PCBs) once production has started.
  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or with tampered seals.

3. Dead-on-arrival (DOA) items

If an item does not work straight out of the box, report it within 48 hours of delivery to our support team, along with an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the fault being demonstrated. This is required to qualify for a DOA replacement or refund and to rule out in-transit tampering or shipping damage claims with the courier. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.

4. Refund method & timelines

  • Prepaid (Razorpay) orders — refunded to the original payment source (card, UPI, net banking, wallet) via Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the credit.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — since no online payment exists to refund to, we process COD refunds via UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide, within the same 5–7 business day window after approval.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — contact us with your order number, or use the cancel option on your order page if shown. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled in transit; you may instead refuse delivery (courier permitting) or initiate a return once received, per §1–3 above. Custom/made-to-order services (3D printing, PCB fabrication, product development) can only be cancelled before production begins; once production has started, cancellation fees may apply proportional to work completed.

6. How to request a return, refund or cancellation

Email us with your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason — plus an unboxing video for DOA claims. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will confirm the approved resolution (replacement, refund, or pickup arrangement) and expected timeline in writing.
