Description
The RM0435 Sensor is an integrated Hall Effect latched sensor. Holding a magnet near the sensor causes the output pin to toggle, making it a robust presence sensor. It features an on-chip Hall voltage generator, comparator, Schmitt trigger for noise rejection, and open-collector output.
- Wide operating voltage range and extended temperature range
- Available in TSOT (surface mount) and TO-92 flat (through hole) packages

- Open-drain output for easy connectivity with TTL or CMOS logic
- Latch magnetic switching characteristics (requires both south and north poles)
- Output turns on (low) when flux density exceeds Bop, turns off (high) when falls below Burp
